We design and supply various types of prestressed concrete sleepers for main lines and sidings. These support axle loads of 18.5 tons on sidings, 22.5 and 30 tons on main lines. We have the capability and international technical support to manufacture sleepers for 1065mm and 1435mm gauge railway operations as well as for axle loads that exceed previous definitions for heavy- haul lines.

 

Furthermore we are able to adapt our manufacturing processes for various turnout and rail-fastening design systems in use internationally.
